Great review of the wines!!
I loved the 18 Fino. I have to say, I have never tasted a fino like that one.
As you said this is how the finos were in the past, and I think this is how all the finos should be.

You’re right – wine sales dropped almost everywhere except the US. Wines sales (volumn) actually increased, the top end of the dollar spectrum wines flattened significantly and there are currently a number of vineyards dumping excess grapes and vintners dumping stock of bottled wines all over.

I’m taking advantage of it.
