This might only ever end up with a readership of one or two faithful family members or friends, but I hope not.

There’s not much out there about sherry wines and they are such great products however mostly mis-sold, misunderstood and mis-used. It’s about time someone made more of a fuss and I hope to encourage a few more people to discover these wines…
